Email Marketing

Email marketing begins with a contact form on your website, then a plan to deliver an ezine/newsletter on a consistent basis to those contacts.

ezines and newsletters are a great way to connect with your target audience on a consistent basis. It doesn't have to be a difficult task even for clients who are not big on writing their own content. We have some low-cost tricks up our sleeve to help with content. In fact, we can create and schedule 12 (or more) editions of your ezine/newsletter in less than a month, schedule them and move on to the next project.

Template design

  • Create header/masthead to match current branding of website and other collateral (as closely as possible)
  • Design ezine template, then render in HTML
  • Create additional buttons/graphics

Broadcasting

  • Monthly, bi-monthly and weekly ezine formatting and broadcasting services
  • Use existing template or our customized template services
  • Upload database (in compliance with the CAN Spam Act of 2003)
  • Format, edit, proofread, spellcheck and spam check content
  • Use existing ezine delivery method or set up

ISSN application

  • Fill out and file ISSN for electronic publications (similar to ISBN for book publications)
  • Confirm receipt of application
  • Follow up and confirm approved application
  • Add to subscription box in each ezine edition

We follow industry standards when designing and delivering ezine/newsletters and have an internal checklist of design and delivery options with the most popular software.

Software we use

  • 1Shopping cart
  • Aweber
  • Constant Contact
  • Ezine Director
  • iContact

Marketing Funnel

Ever wonder what a marketing funnel is or looks like? A marketing funnel is simple. The premise is that you have a large target audience who happens to be looking for information you offer. Once they land on your website, a portion of those people will sign up to receive the information you provide for FREE. This is usually in the form of an ezine where you ask for someone to give you their name and email address in a sign up box. You can also offer a free gift to entice them further such as an audio, tips, a report, ecourse, ebook, or other item.

Now that you have ‘hooked’ the person, you want them to become your fan (kind of like a fan club). You offer more products and services, but for a low-cost fee (usually under $100). Once they buy from you, chances are they’ll buy again and again. So, you build higher cost products and services to satisfy their growing needs. See the visual illustration and further details below.

Marketing Funnel

Progressing through each level: In order to progress through each level, lead generation is a must! You can’t simply start at the bottom of the funnel if no one knows who you are. List building with a contact capture form on your website is the first step in getting people in your funnel. Once you get them started, simply create more products and services that your fans want. They'll tell you and if they don't, all you have to do is ask. Once you know what they want, it's up to you to deliver it.
